Karl Benetz
Mr. Karl Benetz, Chairman of the Supervisory Board (d.o.b. 1937) graduated from the technical college
in Offenburg and trained as tool and mould engineer.
From 1956 to 1958, Mr. Karl Benetz worked as a
tool and mould engineer at Martin Maschinenbau in Offenburg.
In 1958, Mr. Karl Benetz moved to the
USA where he worked for Asplundh Manufacturing until 1992. Until 1988, he was in charge of
press-moulded part production at the Chalfort, Pennsylvania, site, and from 1988 to 1992 he was in
charge of press-moulded part production and machine maintenance at the Creedmoor, North Carolina,
site.
In 1992, Mr. Karl Benetz changed to Altec Industries in Creedmoor, North Carolina, where he was
a management member until 1999.
