He was charged with establishing the vision and setting long term goals and strategies.<br> <br><br> <A NAME="mowat"> <h3><a href="/mowat.shtml">Wayne Mowat</a> </h3> </A> <p align=justify> Wayne Mowat was till 27 November 2009 (24:00) Chief Financial Officer of BKN International AG i.I. he was responsible for reporting the consolidated BKN group results and running the finance functions of the Group. <br><br> <br><br> <br><br> <h2>Supervisory Board</h2> <br><br> <A NAME="benetz"> <h3><a href="/benetz.shtml">Karl Benetz</a> </h3> </A> <p align=justify>Karl Benetz, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and born in Germany, is a retired executive having spent 40 years in the manufacturing business. Beginning his career in Germany, Mr. Benetz eventually moved to the U.S. where he continued to apply his expertise in several senior managerial positions in his field. <br><br> <br><br> <A NAME="paff"> <h3><a href="/paff.shtml">Robert Paff</a> </h3> </A> <p align=justify>Robert Paff's career as a golf professional has spanned over 20 years. He currently serves as a Board of Director for a non-profit recreational program for children. Mr. Paff's expertise and experience includes teaching children and adults about recreational sports. <br><br> <br><br> <A NAME="kugler"> <h3> <a href="/kugler.shtml">Michael J. (Jack) Kugler</a> </h3> </A> <p align=justify> Michael J. (Jack) Kugler has over 45 years of experience in managing financial operations and investor relations. Mr. Kugler has held senior executive positions in several major investment firms throughout his career in addition to serving as a Board of Director for various institutions. <br><br> <br><br> <A NAME="committee"> <h3>Audit Committee</h3> </A> <p align=justify>The Supervisory Board has formed an audit committee. The members of this committee deal with accounting matters and risk management, the required independence of the auditor, the awarding of the audit assignment, the determination of the audit's focal points and the fee agreement.
