Allen Bohbot

Allen Bohbot, as Chairman and CEO, is charged with establishing the vision and setting long term goals and strategies.
Mr. Bohbot has more than 20 years of experience in the kids business in the U.S. and Europe having worked on nearly 50 properties.

Wayne Mowat

Wayne Mowat, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for reporting the consolidated BKN group results and running the finance functions of the Group. Wayne has more than 20 years experience of finance within industry, the last 13 of which within the fast moving worlds of media organisations.

Supervisory Board

Karl Benetz

Karl Benetz, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and born in Germany, is a retired executive having spent 40 years in the manufacturing business. Beginning his career in Germany, Mr. Benetz eventually moved to the U.S. where he continued to apply his expertise in several senior managerial positions in his field.

Robert Paff

Robert Paff's career as a golf professional has spanned over 20 years. He currently serves as a Board of Director for a non-profit recreational program for children. Mr. Paff's expertise and experience includes teaching children and adults about recreational sports.

Michael J. (Jack) Kugler

Michael J. (Jack) Kugler has over 45 years of experience in managing financial operations and investor relations. Mr. Kugler has held senior executive positions in several major investment firms throughout his career in addition to serving as a Board of Director for various institutions.

Audit Committee

The Supervisory Board has formed an audit committee. The members of this committee deal with accounting matters and risk management, the required independence of the auditor, the awarding of the audit assignment, the determination of the audit's focal points and the fee agreement. The audit committee is comprised of Mr. Karl Benetz and Mr. Robert Kramer Paff.

Nicola Andrews is Managing Director of BKN New Media Ltd. with focus on the English, French and German speaking markets. Nicola Andrews has more than 10 years experience in entertainment sales in English speaking markets, formerly Sony Pictures Family Entertainment and Carlton Entertainment in the UK.

Laura Tapias

Laura Tapias is Managing Director of BKN New Media S.L. specialised in the Spanish, Portuguese and Italian speaking markets. Laura Tapias has more than 10 years experience in entertainment sales in Latin markets, formerly D’Ocon Films.

Matthew Graham-Clare

Matthew Graham-Clare is Managing Director of BKN Home Entertainment Ltd. and has more than 15 years experience in DVD distribution in the UK, previously with Universal Home Entertainment.
