BKN International AG is a German incorporated company with operating offices in London, Barcelona and New York.
Since its incentive in 2000, the main activities of BKN have been the production and distribution of high quality TV programming
for children aged between six and eleven, the licensing to TV broadcasters in 95 countries as well as to various consumer products companies
in industries such as toys, videogames, etc.
With the starting of BKN Home Entertainment in the UK and US beginning of 2006, the Company
has also expanded into the direct DVD’s distribution market.
The Company is listed on the Deutsche Börse (General Standard of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange) and the London Stock Exchange (AIM Segment) since Sept. 2000 and Dec. 2003, respectively.
