Wayne Mowat
Mr. Wayne Mowat, Financial Director (d.o.b. 1963), is a Certified Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) and a
member of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants.
In the years 1982 to 1984, Mr Mowat was a
trainee accountant at The Coombe Bakery.
Furthermore, from 1984 to 1987, Mr Wayne Mowat worked
as an assistant accountant at BP Minerals where he, among other responsibilities, assisted in the
preparation of the annual accounts of the various subsidiaries as well as of the annual budget and
business plan and fiscal matters.
Between 1987 and 2000, Mr. Wayne Mowat worked as management
accountant at Octopus Publishing, a Reed Elsevier Group company, where he was responsible for the
trading division.
From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Wayne Mowat worked as controller at Universal Music
Operations, the UK's largest recording company. In this function, Mr. Wayne Mowat was responsible
for all financial matters arising in the distribution and marketing division.
Between 2000 and 2002, Mr.
Mowat worked as controller at PIAS Records. Mr. Wayne Mowat has been financial director of BKN
since 2002.
